What is Windsor Court?

                 Windsor Court is a community of eleven homes offering time honored architectural living in the French and English

                 revival styles of the 1920’s.

               

                 Located at 1280 North and 400 East in Orem, Utah, these handcrafted houses have a timeless charm that stirs the

                 soul and fills the senses. 

Tree-lined streets, quaint lamp posts, unexpected flower baskets, and grand architecture typify historic neighborhoods.  Historic Homes has attended to details that bring a special sense of community to Windsor Court. Details Decades of passionate study and travel have resulted in our unique historic design expertise.  Accurate design requires vision and a sensitivity to proportions, shapes, colors, and materials.

         The Area

                  Windsor Court is centrally located in the heart of Utah County just minutes from Brigham Young University, Provo

                  Canyon, and I-15.  Nestled at the base of Mount Timpanogos, beautiful views abound. 

 

                   Recreational facilities surround Windsor Court including ski resorts, lakes for boating and fishing, health clubs, and

                   shopping.  Schools for the location include Orchard Elementary, Canyon View Junior High, and Timpanogos High

                   School (all within walking distance).
